    Thanks a lot Thull! I will definitely be filling out a ton of applications about a month before I finish the schooling. I heard back from the community college I want to attend, luckily I am still able to take the class to get my CDL even with the ticket on my record. They just said they can't guarantee me a job with it on my record, which of course I understand. I planned on finding my own employment anyway. So it turns out, as I suspected, they do just want my money! lol.

    Glad to hear! Just keep at it you will find something! Just try not to get any more tickets! I'm in the process of trying to do that myself

    Haha great advice. I told myself this is the last one. It has to be, got a career to try to think about now, time to leave my old speed demon ways in the past. Only the speed limit from now on! *Dusts off cruise control*

    just got a 20 over on Black mtn,NC about 2 wks ago. 55 in a 35, truck speed down mtn.
    I was empty otherwise I would have been going slower. and if my head wasn't up my butt.
    got letters from a lot of lawyers. called one from close to the town the court was in, $150 will get it reduced to equip. failure,( headlight,ect).
    will have to take a driving course. they will advise, after the court date, as to where to go for it.
    this may not help the OP, but for any others in a similar situation.
    gonna cost me ,but worth it to keep liscense clean.

    oh, forgot to mention,the company has no problem with it.
