That's what's strange as well. There was no police report. The only report done was by the local fire dept. I went in to get a copy of the fire report today and the report that I was given only had my information and my statement in it. It had all the details about what happened but they used terms like "party 1 party 2 and party 3". No names of the other drivers or their companies and the trucks are so badly damaged that they are completely unidentifiable. When I got to the scene the night of the accident there were no police there and I was there for the next 3-4 hours until all of the guys from the fire dept left and not one single police car pulled in. Would there still be information at the police dept??

Just spoke to the local police dept. They said they only respond to fires if it's suspected of being arson and since this wasn't they have no information in their system.

Insurance still covers the truck even without police accident, but I doubt anybody gonna pay for your belongings
