To be fair, there is a fair amount of construction in the area as they complete the bypass. I used to live in the area and coming the direction this particular truck was going, there is no warning about the "no trucks" bridge until after about 3 miles of otherwise decent pavement, and you arrive at the bridge, with no turnaround.

Many trucks (trailers) make it over ... some don't.

Thought it was impossible to get in trouble in Durant, OK.

    Edit:
Rodeo Road 108 year old bridge

But, I'm wondering if Werner headed west on US 70, and was headed to Big Lots (or the big casino) and decided to take a "short cut"?

Sure would have liked to hear some quotes from Jade R. Graham. Maybe see some pics of the wreck and the Kia on the wrecker.

This type of thing and much more happens every day but then there's drivers that have a felony yrs ago or a couple tickets that's a yr old and these very folks cant find a company willing to give them a chance.a lot of good drivers that can't find work but yet companies hire rejects like this lady driver because she went to a required school and did the required hours. All these mega companies have pitiful training and is a shameful disgrace to the industry.I just don't understand the reasoning to hiring rejects and disqualifying so many drivers because of something that happened a year or two ago.heck why not give them a chance.they give these steering wheel holders chance after chance before they re finally let go.
