If you already have a class B then combination and then just add any endorsements you like.

 

I suggest working for a company that has straight trucks and combination vehicles. Let them train you while you get paid. The tests are easy. I got mine with a dump truck and pup. I went on the weekends and practiced backing in the yard. Sweet deal.
