So I've dwindled my preferred companies down to these 3. Yes there are more but I'm really liking what these companies have to offer in the areas I want to live. And I think they offer the best place to start and grow from there. I still don't think OTR is for me I think I'm more of a Regional or Dedicated man. Any drivers out there that drive for these companies that can offer some more insight on what it's like to drive for these companies in Regional or Deficated. I'm looking to drive in the Pennsylvania or Virginia area

Earl Henderson is not owned by prime , they are their own company with their own authority and they have a contract to pull prime freight ,

As for the original question prime does have alot of regional stuff for flatbed and tanker , as for the reefer side they have the NE regional and several dedicated accounts I'd recomend talking to a recruiter and asking what they might have in the area you are wanting

Cool thing about Averitt is that you can eventually land a day cab job(I think it's after 6 months) . I know a lot of drivers that work for them in Phoenix AZ and Jacksonville FL.. They also give you credit for your uniform once a year, probably from Cintas up there.. If I had to choose between the typical prime, swift, henderson, mega training companies against Averitt, I'd probably pick Averitt..

Now the crappy thing about Averitt is your experience after training ($600 per week while training) will vary greatly depending on which terminal you're based out of . I know nothing about the one up by you
