Just wanted to say hi to all my fellow drivers I have been kicking around coming on board with Freymiller for about six months got some good info from Ssand man on here before. so I just got approved for Monday looking over the check list and was wondering if some one can tell me how there orientation is it say drivers need to take a fitness test what the hell is that also says you need proper paper work for Twic office i have been pulling refer for 3 yrs and never needed that and i been driving since 07 it also says will be taking a certified road test ? ok so has anyone recently gone threw there orientation that can tell me what its all about. and also give me some real insight on how the company is meaning, managment & DM's , equipment , average miles the basics i have not really heard anything to bad they seem like a good friendly company but anything will help thank in advance

Orientation is 3 days, for your twic card i used my passaport, as far as for the fitness test just lift a box several times with a certain weight, as of the road test its not a big deal just keep your distance and dont hit a road cruve and you will be fine, as far as miles ive been doing good i just got a 749 miles load and that will put me at 3249 miles for this week. Im new to trucking but i certainly do like it here because as long as you do what your suppose to you never hear from them at all.

No not true just a simple back man at the flying j they pick a spot and you back up into it. Equpiment is very nice our oldest trucks are 2013 we have petes, freightliners, kenworths. Some trucks allready have the antennas and yes you ask for home time and they will send you home 1 day per weeks that your out over the road.
