Freymiller is like any other trucking company. There are some days I LOVE it here, and some days not to much. The DM's are fine. Average with any company. YOU have to build a relationship with your DM. My miles aren't as good as Sti400. I average around 27-2800 per week. I stay out a month at a time, and can be bribed to stay out longer with a good load. They have NEVER one time gotten me home on my scheduled home time. However, once you are home they have no problem giving you as much home time as you want. I don't have ANY ISSUES with any management type employee. Basically, they will treat you the same way that you treat them. Driving for Freymiller has always been my dream job, in general I have no complaints. Best of luck to you my friend.

My main questions are is the miles steady rider policy and the equipment also do you take the truck home On home time
-
Well im new so they run me hard and yes thiers rider policy, per policy and yes you get to take your truck home
-
I believe they run me hard because thier testing me to see how hard i can and want to run i guess i have to prove my self.

The miles are NOT steady. They will be low on the week you go home, and the week you come out. Don't expect 3,000 miles every week. It aint goona happen. We have to much detention for that. Most appointment times are locked in and can not be moved forward. The equipment is good. When your new, don't expect a great truck. You will receive an older truck. AFTER you've shown them what kind of driver you are, they will treat you a lot better. Yes, the truck and trailer go home with you. This is a big boy company. Don't look for them to hold your hand. They expect you to perform.

If you arent scared of driving 10 to 11 hours then you wont have a problem. If the wheels arent turning your not making any money but so far im happy here they keep me moving and they give me plenty of time to get to my stops.Chinatown Thanks this.
