Buddy I would ask to see the Judge and bring proof of the positives in your life and beg for help. Sometimes you can touch someone that way

 

You may be shafted until the case is settled. A company could have a problem if you're called into court and you're several states away. Carolina Cargo is the most lenient on that type of situation.

If you do not do drugs and can have a hair test run and come back clean, I would hire an attorney and shove the results in front of the DA. Be proactive and try to prevent it from even getting to court. The DA has the discretion to drop the charges and may very well do so.
