Every few weeks/months I go over Wolf Creek, I've been over it 9 times since Sept., 5 times it was dry, twice with chains, and twice barefoot praying CSP wasn't around.

13 people died going over the Bighorn mountains on Hwy 16 and 14 here in Wyoming this last year. All passes can be dangerous if you don't drive to the conditions. The company I work for let's us drive anywhere at anytime. You just have to be smart about it. Use chains when needed and don't overheat your brakes. I drive the Northwest eculesively. If I shut it down everytime the roads were not ideal i would never get anywhere.

I think The whole state of Wyoming should be shut down through October to June
