Eating while with a trainer

If your trainer is an #######, bring kimchee, raw garlic, beans, anchovies, and ludefisk.

 

And some Limburger cheese.

I worked on a job in Central America where the locals would bring in pre-cooked iguana and heat it up in the microwave. We had to ask them to stop as it cleared out half the gringos from the office. Judging from the horrific odor, they do not taste just like chicken. We also asked the electrical department to install a 4 foot diameter exhaust fan in the restroom since the after effects were even worse than cooking the iguana.

Oh, if you like eating fruit and no fridge needed.
Go get some Durian,,,
You will find it in the local asian markets. They sell it frozen and it takes some time to thaw out..
It stinks so bad most Hotels in Thailand have signs up stating no durian.
My wife loves it, but I will Not let her have ii in the trk. I let her microwave fried fish in the trk. and can deal with that, but No durian.
That's a good way to clear out any building. lol
