Jubitz in Portland used to be great haven't been in awhile. Little America in WY awesome.
The worst anything associated with pilot/flying j.
I once back in the 80s after un taping and re taping in new jersey in july. Fueled up at a mom and pop place. Should have asked about the shower first. I go to get one it's in a closet with a sink and a garden hose To The faucet. So I try to remember that .

The Petro in Salina, KS off of 70 was interesting.
Double sinks. TV's in the mirrors, I took a #### while watching animal planet.
The shower itself sprays water out of the walls, ceiling, and shower head so you can experience the luxury of getting water in your eyes no matter which direction you're looking.
Not to mention the entire shower room is big enough to fit a football team in.Bwbibb Thanks this. -
Should've read this thread before bringing up that truck stop for the third time.
Oh well. It deserves it. -
Best showers I can remember were the ones at the one and only truck stop in Flagstaff, AZ. It was the only one in 2001 anyway. I think it was a Sinclair. Showers were newly remodeled and all had a very large tub and shower next to each other. You couldn't find a cleaner place.

Wow! That's a new one on me. Never showered there.

Jubitz. Portland, Orygun.
http://www.jubitz.com/
The water pressure there was great. Blasted the road grime right outta my skin.
Best on-the-road shower I have had. -
Yeah it does!
I don't get out that way too much so I've only stopped there once. Had an hour to get showered before rolling out on a tight schedule. If I'd had time, the Salina hostage negotiator probably would've had to been called to get me outta there. -
Little America. Those showers are very nice.
-
Do yourself a favor and never shower there unless you're okay with being disappointed with every shower experience for the rest of your life.Bwbibb and CasanovaCruiser Thank this.

Little America. That's it. I think it's owned by Native Americans
-
No they are not owned by Native Americans, but the family that owns Sinclair Oil Company , part of a group of companies that includes a few first class hotels, and Sun Valley Resort and Snowbasin Ski Resort.

I only shower at Pilot - Flying J and 95 percent of them are roughly identical. Just fine. Although I wish they'd turn the AC off. Sometimes I get them to turn it off and ask why it's blowing in there in the first place. I never ever want AC in the shower and don't know why anyone would. I don't care if its 110 degrees out. The only way it makes sense is if they want people to hurry up and get out of there.
