    I am really enjoying to job. I just hate this one particular customs broker, they always seem to "not receive" the paperwork

    well in 2001, when i did move into Canada they did already had the name of The comp who did loose paperwork.and there was one time when they did ask me to refax the big pile of paperwork (61 pages) because they did not recieve it, when i did ask how they did know that it was a big pile they did not answer and 10 minites later i did get a call that everything was OK...
