I hope this is the right forum to post this I have a question about a Cummins ISX performance I recently had all 6 injectors replaced and now it's falling on its face going up the hill it acts like my EgT sensor is bad. It's not the turbo because its not consistent and it only does it going up a hill pulling a heavy load. Any thoughts r appreciated.

Ya I'm searching rawze but wondered if anyone else had this issue. I'm hoping it's just a sensor on it's way out.

A bad turbo actuator can be intermittent and give you those symptoms.

Dirty DPF filter feels like turbo isn't working. Might be that.
It's also cheapest so might as well start by taking it to a local dealer to clean it.

A coworker just had a similar issue but he describes his as seeming like his turbo would just stall out and his truck would lose power.... it was his turbo actuator.

Easiest first step is to clean or replace your intake manifold pressure sensor. Takes about 5 minutes to pull it, see if it's all crapped up, brush it off, and put it back in. Only costs about 20 bucks for a new one. If it's choked up with carbon, it could be tripping you into a silent derate. The exhaust back pressure sensor can do the same thing, but it's a little more expensive to replace, about 100 bucks, and it can't really be cleaned. It will trip your engine out and tell you your EGTs are all screwed up when they're not.
