Hi Mark,
I'm in the middle of my IFTA audit, and have a couple of questions. Is there any way of downloading and printing the mileage information contained in the unit, if so, how is this done? Also, is there any way of finding where you went on a particular date that the mileage was recorded, in other words printing trip data to go along with the mileages? Thanks as always for your help.

Yes.
You plug into into the computer and fire up the Rand McNally Dock program (found here --> http://www.randmcnally.com/support/s/dock-software)
Then from the main page of the dock, click the arrow pointing to the right. You will then see a button "Mileage/Fuel" - click that.
You can now use the button on that page to download the mileage and fuel files from your GPS. They are two separate files. They will show you the dates, places and amounts when fuel was entered. And they show the dates and miles that states were driven in. Very handy.
And in the spirit of shameless self-promotion, those files can be uploaded to my Ifta Calculator site as well.Mark Kling and billm89 Thank this. -
Thank you very much for the quick reply and the great info. I was trying to post to Mark Kling at the RM support site, but my computer expertise let me down again. You might not remember me but I bought the 730 from you back in 2014 when my 710 gave out. I really like your site, and will check out the IFTA calculator also. Thanks again! BillDieselboss Thanks this.
