Crash looks real to me. Police car in the back blocking traffic EXCEPT I don't see any signs of EMS trying to rescue the driver.

Secondly how fast would he have to been going to make the entire machine jump over the neck? Kind of looks like they are in a parking lot, not a road.

    Idk hmmm

    Will wait for johndeere's article.

Phew! What a day! Went in at 8 am, moved our 336D 5 miles back to the yard, adjusted tractor brakes, called it quits & waiting for 3.5 inches of rain forecast for tomorrow.

Man, it would be nice if they made the allowance for 16 tire setups here.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

It may be a stupid question, but one I've been wanting to ask for a long time.... How in the hell do you service the wheel ends on the inside positions of a West Coast set up? Especially on a 102" wide trailer.

In my post #925 you can see an 18" gap at the very rear of the trailer. It is expanded to its 10' wide position (60K allowed here) Two air rams close the axle group back to 8'6" (54,300). With the trailer opened up there is room to get a standard 1" drive Impact in there easily.

@truckdad , I don't believe anybody even makes a "fixed" 102"W wheeler? It pretty much has to be 10'W or there wouldn't be enough space to even remove tires as far as I know. The only 102's I've ever seen are expandable.
