I haven't found anything about their L/P program. Has anyone heard something good or bad?

Since Gunner is out, I'll cover what I can on this one.

Yes, BTC has a lease program. Pays you 65% freight revenue + fsc pulling our trailer and 75% + fsc pulling your trailer. No, I don't know any of the other numbers aa far as trailer rental, insurance, plates and permits, and all that stuff. I've asked once or twice but never got hard answers.

In all honesty, given the state of the economy, I'd stick it out as a company chimp for a while. At least until the rates improve, if they ever do.

LOL didnt see the posts for updates. Yeah im still rocking with BTC, im liking it well. cant complain much other than the amount of freight. The rates are decent be being slow makes it rough with trying to minimize the bounce miles. Other than that ive been with them for a little over 60 days and my insurance states on march 1

PGT does accept students right out of school on a select basis. Experienced drivers youll do 2 weeks with a trainer. Same with Builders. Except builders will take you at 6 months driving

Boy I'll tell you, I sure am glad my finances are in good enough order to where I don't have to go Greyhound anymore. At 19 hours of travel I will be booking a flight, thank you very much! You will make good and bad decisions along the way in your career. I don't like to really call them mistakes. They are simply learning curves. It is experience that you will be able to speak from down the road because you have been there. Don't give up and keep moving forward and always do the best you can. That's all any of us can ever do.
    Good Luck driver!
