I am starting my second week in orientation tomorrow.

 

How's it been so far? What were the strength/agility tests like? Base pay after training is done?

 

Not bad, the agility tests were a small workout, up and down a ladder 10 times, picking up tarps, going up and down to your knees and looking under a table, can't remember the rest. Piss tested twice, hair test, and the cpm is I believe zip code to zip code. This will most likely be a one year job and move on. After training, it's 46cpm weekly.

 

Mcelroy is a good starter company....miles are short and no tarp pay. You'll be home on the weekends but plan to make minimum pay, $600 gross.

 

What no tarp pay and from what I have seen, they sure like to have their tarps proudly displayed

 

No tarp pay is all the new rage. Even Chewy told his company, he will tarp for free from now on.

 

I don't get any special tarp pay. Just my normal percentage.

From what I gather by being on this forum is if companies have to throw some special tarp pay at you they are not paying enough in the first place.

 

I guess I just getting too picky, but some of the stuff we do is no easy tarp.
So you will pay me for the use of my tarps and my time... or it doesn't happen

 

Tarp pay is included in the rate driver
