You are better off going to an actual truck driving school. Rather then going to a trucking company that has a school. Difference is you have to sign a 1 year contract with a trucking company. Going to truck driver school. Means you can decide on Which company is going to be a better fit for you and your life style.
not sure what to do...

call the dmv main office. And see if they have an infraction deferral program. The dmv worker will review your license and decide if you are able to qualify for it. It may also mean taking a driving class through the dmv.

Depends on were you live.
Start at your DMV website. It will give you instructions on how to get a ticket expunged. If you only have one, you may not need a lawyer.
Complete those steps. Some tickets require a set amount of time to ask. Some states let you go to driver's school to drop a ticket. -
Yeah but I can't afford to pay for school upfront that is why I am going tho route. And I perfectly fine with the contract, it give me experience and a job

Here's something you don't realize. All commercial motor vehicles are going to be governed at 63 mph. Doesn't sound bad until your on i-10 in Texas going to l.a. Plus trucking companies have until the end of 2017 to install electronics log books. Congress removed the law prohibiting the use of cameras in cmvs. So now you have a camera recording your ever move. Plus they record sound. Weather the camera is covered or not. This is why truckers are quitting. Can't make anything like that. And it does damage if not get a driver put in prison. So you may want to look at other career fields.

Here is something you don't understand, you seem to not be here to give me positive guidence, please leave my post, I already know about the cameras, you don't like the camera watching you if you stop cover it, if your afraid that your gonna get caught with a lot lizard, then your gonna be a lesson of what not to be.
I've already done my research, I've already seen the size of the trucks, cameras don't scare me, the speed doesn't scare me,
So please since you can't be supportive please leave.TBonze Thanks this. -
And another thing, its illegal for companies to record when they say they wont. The cameras really do only record during a critical event, I know the cameras, they are unable to constantly record.
-
That was a joke. Someone was talking about getting a criminal record erased for 1000 bucks.
-
In all seriousness a lawyer might be able to get It reduced or dismissed. Since you don't have a cdl yet might not be too big an issue.

I doubt he's got $5000 in his back pocket to give to a trucking school.Last edited: Feb 3, 2016
