    In a fussle here.

Got a u turn in tractor trailer on interstate last year

Signed agreement If I don't get a ticket for 6 months case dismissed. ( with prosecuto)

Went back to court judge said he can't do this? I got confused and asked for continuance... in indiana... what you guys think?

I have a speeding ticket 5mph over in personal vehicle back in 4/14... if I do get convicted would my lisence get suspended if the two tickets are two years apart ? What you guys think...

I'm curious as to what part of your brain thought it a good idea to do a u turn in a big truck across an interstate? That is one serious lapse of judgement.

Yes, a dumb move but there are some on here that would see no problem in it.

I'm curious. Who allowed you to sign an "agreement" and why did you have to "go back to court"?

Who in the $&@# even thinks about a u turn on an interstate? TBH part of me hopes that they take your license. Ok not really as that is wrong but I'm not sure what you were thinking. What is done is done so hire a lawyer and protect your license. Oh and don't make u turns.

OK, Danny, no more U turns on Interstate highways. Or anywhere public highway, either. Talk about waving a red flag at the LEO's. Plus there's so many convenient and safe overpasses, even if you have to drive a few miles. I just had two close calls, and either one could have gone against me. One red light intersection, light flashed, might have been someone else. Cruising thru Pecos, TX last Friday 02:30, missed the stop sign hiding in the dark right in the middle of town, got pulled over by some female Sheriff. She asked me: "do you know why I pulled you over?" I was at my best: "could it, be that stop sign I just ran, Officer?" What an angel. Called my CDL into the office, everything checked out, she told me: "You're outta here, drive careful." So I get it in your 5mph over ticket. ([probably was a little more in realtime, I figure that's what the ticket reads, right?)

Anyway, I've had over 300 tickets, and that's just moving violations. I was a very independent youth who happened to like going fast, street racing, drag racing, heck, I'd race the ice cream man on my bicycle when I was 8 years old. So when I tell you, you're in trouble, please believe me. If you get thru this point in time, tighten up your work attitude, be a good driver, and look back with relief when it's past you. Best

PS: Take Halpin's advice, find an attorney, that's a good idea.
