    Business to business isnt required to send 1099....even tho that is just ridiculous.

    Larger B2Bs that use best practices w/ digital storage of their financial records are exempt from sending out 1099s under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.

    Whatever I don't recieve I don't report . You know most dispatch services pay almost nothing? Most of owner operators with authority never sit down and report the dispatch service.
