One thought acurd to me. Maybe when you get back maybe you should replace the third silenoid just to play it safe.

Where exactly was the oil coming out of the Jake and did you have a change in oil pressure when you got her running right? I have 1.4 mil on my 3406e and while idling I have some valve springs ttotally covered in oil and some are not, I recently broke an exhaust rocker too.

Yeah, I kenworth only had 2 in stock, but I won't ahead and ordered the 3rd one while I was there. Supposed to be in on Tuesday. I'm a big believer in changing things out together. If 2 are bad, the last one can't be far behind so why not take care of it now, right?Superhauler Thanks this.

There is a hole right on the bottom of the solenoids. That is where mine were leaking. I could see it perfectly by standing on the ground on the right side of the truck while it was running. There should be no oil coming out of there. Now that I swapped them out, I really haven't seen much change in pressure. Maybe a couple pounds higher now, but that's it.Gambino1994 Thanks this.

If you take the valve covers off and run it at an idle you can look under the jake housings and see if oil is pouring out of the center of the silenoid's.Gambino1994 Thanks this.

Another day, another problem. After a solid week of running (about 4500 miles) the noises I was having are still gone (it's amazing how well stuff works when not being starved for oil!). New problem is that at low speeds, the engine turns into a fog machine between 1300 and 1500 rpm. It is raw fuel smoke. It also does this at a cold startup until it gets plenty of heat running through it. I have heard some people mention head gasket, but it smoked at startup before the rebuild, too. Is there a sensor that could be going bad? Another bad injector? This thing is driving me crazy. I ran with a buddy of mine up E-Town hill the other day and out-pulled his 600 6nz (he has a hot tune). Truck is definitely strong, but it just insists on having issues. Help?

Did you install new injectors when you did the inframe? Are you sure it is raw fuel your smelling? Two things cause white smoke, excessive fuel from bad injector or burning coolant
-
The coolant level has never gone down. You can smell that it is fuel burning. Yes, I used the injectors that came with the rebuild kit. It was a platinum kit, so it has a new head, no reman.

I would say timing has to be calibrated .
Sounds like retarded injection timing to me .
