Pretty sure he was just worried about people abusing the pills.
When taken properly the treatment is perfectly fine, but if you accidentally double your dose you'll be bouncing around like a tweaker, sweating like one too.

I only ask because I use to take a ####tail of medicines when I was a kid. How the hell did she get ahold of childhood prescriptions?

Honestly I was an idiot and put in on the form voluntarily.
If you're not taking any medications anymore I wouldn't even list it.
The trouble I had to go through between going to my doctor getting notes and everything was ridiculous.
The important thing really is to be able to pass the drug test, some medications will pop for other drugs. If it's been over a few months I wouldn't even tell them about anything.
