I cannot have any sympathy for the driver or Swift. If Swift spent the minimum of maintenance on their trailers there would be no need for this to happen. -

Read the actual transcript from the hearing. It wasn't that ridiculous after all. -
Considering coffee shops serve their fancy roasts at 180 degrees only when ordered as "extra" hot the extreme temperature was considered undue risk.
