Prime might not have any rules against U-turns but the State of Tennessee certainly does and based on what is officially cast in stone in their traffic laws it was an illegal U-turn.

 

Only if there is enough room and no traffic i will pull a uturn but i watch the signs so i wont miss a turn but crap happens lots of customers have tiny signs that are hard to see.

It has already been shown on this thread that its illegal in Tenn to do a u turn on a 4 lane highway.
