Stuff in that store is so expensive.don't ever buy any dvds you can get the same DVD at walmart for 10.00 cheaper.but I do like all the parking.I use to park on that street the museum is on.I think there is a pond on both sides.I'd park there and let my dog out for a couple hrs.

To me,what makes a truck stop good or bad is its parking. I love a truck stop with a huge lot with easy parking. To that end the worst truck stop I've been in is the Pilot in Columbia,SC at exit 115 on I-26. The lot is deceptive in that it seems big but every spot is really tight and hard to get into. My favorite is Hebron,Indiana I-65 exit 240. There is a Pilot and Flying J across the road from each other and both have massive parking lots.

Same here,i rather have the parking then the truckstop itself.a lot of times I would stop at a nice restraurant get something to go then eat it at a truckstop.not often I would go inside a ts on my ten.

My best and worst are what they are for very particular reasons.

Best - Petro in Weatherford, TX. Any truck stop I can find several parking spots available at 0230 is good in my book. The food at the Iron Skillet was a notch above other Petro's as well.

Worst - Pilot in Disputanta, VA. I made the mistake of taking a shower here. I dont think it was originally a Pilot. Showers were old key entry, dirty, no counter, no hooks, paper mats.

Although the truck stops in West Memphis are nice, the drug addicts and bad people walking around the parking lot 24/7 has always made me hate that place.

My favorite, believe it or not, is the TA/Petro in Ontario CA mostly because we filled up there so we didn't have to pay for parking and I used to like walking across the bridge and going to the Sam Ash at Ontario Mills.

I also like Jubitz in Portland for it's location. I used to park there and go for a walk on Martin Luther King blvd and Killingsworth st,,, there are some great fish & chips places up there

That Petro is on my list.

That pilot was a Wilco Hess at one time. Wilco Hess showers are rather spartan but they also weren't $12 before pilot took over.
