I heard a couple of truckers talking about roll overs and it got me thinking. If you did have one would anyone hire you again? Is it a career killer? Also if not a career killer how long would you have to wait before anyone would hire you?

I know of a guy at OD who rolled a truck, went to North Carolina to plead his case to the big wigs and is still working there.

I was back to work in a month ( a different company) safety guy cut me a big break & didn't put it on my record. I went back to work at that company in 8 months.

No cookie cutter answers to this, because of all the different possible scenarios. Why did you roll the truck? Was it unavoidable because of somebody else's stupidity? Or was it your own stupidity?

I know a few guys that have laid the truck down, usually due to wind. They are all still drivers, though their accidents were decades ago.
