I do love my weights, I can't run anymore because of a compound fraction I have in my foot from heavy weight lifting a couple years back. Never healed right. I should work on cutting out that bread lol, that's a majority of where my carbs and calorie intake comes from. Dinner tonight was a 79 cent Cracker Barrel cheese stick a yogurt and two bananas.

I'm glad many of you take health seriously, I've seen one guy have a stroke in his truck he must've been 450+ easy. Paramedics could barely get him out. I do not wanna be that guy.

I've never been a health freak, but weight isn't just extra fat on your body. It also does mental damage to you too. Mostly because of low energy level you'll sleep more- be depressed more- etc.

I think being 20-30 pounds over weight is when a person needs to get back into shape. Up to there you're still ok, but after that you will have serious side effects. A little bit of carb cutting- little
    Excersize and plenty
Of water can solve that aslong as a person sticks to it.

I dropped all soda pop, fried foods, and fast foods. At every dispatched stop, I get out and do 20-40 push-ups...nose touching the ground push-ups. I average 250-300 reps per day. It helps.

I think that being over weight is a term that's very over used. In my prime, I weighed 285, and ran 5 miles every day when I was trying to play football. I was a mini Hercules and the doctor told me I was obese. I'm like if you can find one obese person who runs 5 miles a day I'll be impressed. They said I'm supposed to be 225. If you saw me in person you'd think I'm about 265ish, I get some serious shock when I say I'm near 300.

I received some interesting stares at the pilot on 84 in Oregon last night when I was laying on my drives doing chest flys and sit ups lol. I thought about putting a 7ft Olympic bar in the load lock rack before hahah
