I drive for Moore Transport. I haul all new vehicles. I deliver near Philly all the time and then load down in Baltimore at either the Dundalk or Curtis Bay. I then run as far as Chicago and then reload in 1 of 3 locations there heading back east. Moore Transport will train you. They have cut back on their qualified driver requirements. Your best bet is to contact recruiting and let them tell you what they are. My average gross is around $1500 weekly. It's not as good as I used to make but it's still good. Other drivers may be making more or less. The lowest you will make is $1.01 per mile. I also reside south of Cleveland, Ohio.
