Henderson

Looks as if the student driver is only responsible for $2,600 of the $4,600 that they charge for their training academy. Not sure if that is a better deal than most other companies that train, or not. Still undecided myself.

 

I have researched the heck out all of them . Prime is a
Little better as far as they pay for all the school but I think Henderson school and training is a a better fit.

 

Prime pays a little more because the are governed at 55.
With Henderson you can pull Prime Reefer or go over to Tennant dry van or move up to flatbed after one year.
Fill out an online application and call Jenny, make sure you tell her Chinatown sent you.
Wiltrans pulls Prime and I have met a few great people driving for them.

I don't know if they are still guaranteeing 2100 a week but I average 2500 with some weeks over 3000, but I never turn down a load and just about never late. When I get a load for 250 I keep my mouth shut because I know the next one will be over a 1000.
Study the tests on this site, last year they were using the tests from the CRIST sitehttp://www.cristcdl.com/otc/, when you keep getting 100's you are ready for the permit. You can do things like learning the shift pattern, the layout of the driving course and your pretrip. Remember they are always watching you. even on your off time. stay away from the drama in the motel. Birth certificate with seal and unlamented social security card.
DO NOT LIE to them, you will be sent home.
