Yeah, the guy who hooked this thing up was there at the shop on Saturday and did not look too happy to be there! I think he may have left out an important step...like the little ground connection on the back. I will look where it is connected and take it from there. I'm going to have the guys in the shop look at it if all else fails. Thanks for your help, I don't understand why it wouldn't handle the load. I unplugged everything else and just left the microwave plugged in and it shut her right down. I will let you know how things turn out.
