No it would not be a issue if you didnt use a ilegal drug. Half the time you seem to acept you did this to your self, the other half you were done wrong.

You don't get a dot card "from" any company. You get it from the DOT and it is good for any driving job, not 1 specific companystreet beater Thanks this.

Yes, I was THE ONLY DOCKWORKER that was in the pool. Workers AND SUPERVISORS at the company were puzzled by this. The hr manager had to call headquarters about this because in his 26 years with the company, it's never happened -

How dare a company pull a random drug screen, on an innocent drug using employee, who did nothing wrong. Sue them for millions. After all, it's not your fault, any of this, it's the company that was out for you.pattyj Thanks this. -
True, but many companies (maybe even most) will require you to get a new medical card from them when you start working for them- whether your current card is still good or not. Every company I've ever worked that does their physicals in house have been this way anywayajohnson Thanks this.

No its not irelevent. Motive matters. Are you motivated by being wronged? Or being caught? Asuming the first, i already said go the lawyer route. But as to the second, its still a fact. And how you respond to that fact shows everyone what your intention is. Notice how alot of the coments suport your complaint, but not your actions?TB John and Captain Zoom Thank this.
