    Figured as much. It seems like no matter what your gunna be treated as a plebeian with these big companies that hire grads. Doesn't seem to make a bit of difference what the name of the company is

    Even if they don't deliver on all of their promises, don't let that discourage you. Remember some of these companies have thousands of drivers out there. It's just not possible to keep that many drivers satisfied all the time. Yes, some weeks are going to be slow. Some weeks are going to be crazy, that's just the nature of the beast lol.
