Training is over and it looks like I will be issued a 2011 Freightliner with a single bunk. Apparently it will not be the larger double bunk cab but tall enough for a six foot driver to stand up inside. Hoping to buy a tv for it but I do not have access to the truck yet. I understand there is a cubby hole just for the TV and I am wondering if anyone knows the max size tv that will fit in there?

You're in small quarters. With small spaces. Unless you plan on hanging a tv on the back wall. Or you're totally blind. 19 inches is all you'll need. Maybe 23 if you can swing it and make it fit.

You're going to need special antannae setup. The digital signal we have these days is a direct signal and doesn't work very well in some surroundings. Works even less everytime a truck rolls by.

That cubby hole is for a crt about 19in. Hard to find nowadays. I got a 24in lcd that rides face down on the bed. Antenna cable was too short so added a 6ft piece. 32in tv would be fine also if it rides on the bed.
