WOW! Lots of ? in this post. Let me address the question of why would they call the po-po if they are dopers?
I really wish I could count the number of times I heard "HE STOLE MY DOPE!" When I was on the job. These folks ain't rocket surgeons here.
OTOH, it sure does sound like the original poster, (old thread, I know,) left a whole lot of questions unanswered.
