Western ex. Dui drivers Eng. shot to make driver stop truck

Shouldn't that be "ex W/ex"?

 

No excuse for his behavior.....but shooting at the truck in the middle of a pkg lot? Was he shooting at cops?.....Video jus shows him moving real slow....

 

When is this going to end?
Those #### cops feel they can shoot black tires any time they want to, and get away with it.

We need to do something.

If those tires were white, would they have shot?
