    I've had my loose moments on greasy roads, I'm sure we all have. But I'm talking about something so slow motion you have time to think, and react that it becomes evident your looking for the best place to end your career, or worse... a moment when you think, I see three heads in this pick-up vs two in another car beside it, let it be me, dear God...

    I had one today, and I'm still shaking. But today was a blessing! I, nor the truck behind me could figure how I righted this jackknife by my own doing.

    Until today that was unrecoverable, say your prayers my friends!!!

    Probably a lot more of these than you would believe. I can't imagine any driver with heavy miles and years of experience, NOT having had one, and probably more.
    I'm just glad you came out of it OK!

    True indeed. I had two and I thank God for my life. I laid my truck down on 03/23/12. I could hear the machines crushing the cab. In a few seconds I had to think. I said I'm going to die here. I appreciate the Lord giving me another opportunity to live. I thank Him for my life & my body was not broken just some bruises. I'm glad your ok.

    Yep. been there,done that. I liked your description of slow motion, time to think. For me, thirty years later with a good case of CRS disease, I can still remember every detail about that few short seconds.
