Does anyone use "10 - 4 Systems"?

    I received an email from this 10 - 4 System. It appears to be some type of load board. One carrier pack stated that the broker would not use me if I was signed up for 10 - 4.

    I was wondering if anyone has any thing good or bad to say about it. There is not much info on the internet.

    They used to call me daily asking where I was at, they would then send me a small list of loads, same ones on the other boards with pitiful rates. Finally quit caiiling because I quit answering. Useless.
