Cargo Transporters Claremont, NC

I run out of route to avoid say Chicago in this instance of my Minny trip I65 to I74 to I55 to I39. Instead of I 65 to I 80 to I294.

 

Just curious here. If I'm a solo driver and I get back on say Friday or Saturday can I have 2 days off? Is there an on call list or something. Been in training and seem to get home which is 4 hours away only to leave that night or early next morning. I honestly could care less about miles or getting a run In Early it seems every time we leave early we get less miles.

The reason I came to cargo was home time and so far I am getting very little i don't mind staying out a week but I want a full 2 days off. Does it change when your solo? Am I going to get constant calls on home time to come in a day later?

 

Hey MG, I normally stay home long enough to get a reset as I like to get 2500-3000 miles/week. I imagine if you ask your fleet leader, he should comply. My fleet leader is Josh, who is yours?

 

Most of the time I'm home Friday pm and head back out Sunday pm. I also came to Cargo because of the opportunity to have most weekends home. It definitely hits the paycheck, but home time is important to me.
