That is the sad truth. Near Jacksonville, Florida a few years ago, a rookie driver in a four-wheeler drove under the belly of a Pipeline Transportation Trailer. The resulting explosion vaporized both the driver of the tractor as well as the driver of the car. Pipeline had to pay, because attorneys argued that the truck should not have been on the interstate pulling a tanker without gasoline.

When I was 19 I went to a street race meetup in that area. Several races happen on one part of town, then tens to a hundred cars ride the i-5 to another city. Rival crews might race each other during a relocate. Rules are youre not suposed to race in highways to not cause attention. But there are guys and girls that want attention.. And this happens. They're all living that Street racing culture. CHP knows about them.

    PS. They're all morons.

Do you think he gets charged with 3 counts of 2nd degree murder?

    That what it is right?

Anybody remember the guy that got charged with murder because a (dryer?)
Fell out of tue bed of his pickup on the 91? A cop ended up dying from trying to avoid it. The thing is the guy had just stolen it from an abandoned house. Which is a felony. Someone dies as a result of a felony your committing its murder. I wonder if street racing is a felony

A shame. He seemed to have had some decent skills (photography and videography) but was also stupid. Being both stupid and having an exceptional skill rarely work out in the long term.

Now he can try and develop new skills in prison and try and come to some sort of means to cope with the lives he's caused so much pain and suffering in.

And all the kid's insurance is going to distribute is the liability minimum he was probably paying for. Taken from http://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/detail/pubs/brochures/fast_facts/ffvr18

    Pitiful.

I hope the kid is put away for 20. Maybe this will deter other morons-btw I'm familiar with this crap in LA. Saw it first hand in an industrial area. They just don't care at all.

I know everyone says stay in your lane but it has got to be hard to do.
Last weekend I was driving a f450 with 3 guys to a job and a deer ran out in front of me. My instinct in the past with my personal truck was to slam on the brakes and swerve and still hit the deer or it hit me. I have been following threads on her for a couple years picking up info along with some bs and it paid off. I held my lane, let off the gas, tapped the brakes, tagged the deer, but I didn't swerve and hit the oncoming car or go down the steep ditch. Bent bumper and smashed fuel cooler and we still made it to the job. I have been waiting for the day figured it would be in the semi but I reacted calmer than I would have in the past, only thing is it was a deer not a car.
