Hello Rick and good luck with palmer. You seam to be well aware that you're going to have to change you're zip to get into the hiring area. So I don't I understand what your question is?

The question was, I guess - more related to: how does one deal with maintaining an address, when you aren't maintaining an actual home? I could find a friend living in a good zip. and see if I could get them to let me use their address. Not quite 100% legal though. How do "homeless drivers", deal with an address for their license?
Thanks,
Rick -

I would recommend getting a PO box in a good zipcode and make that your home of record. -

A "home time waiver" does seem like a golden ticket, but I have yet to hear of companies offering that which is surprising as I get the impression most OTR companies would rather it if you never saw your home again.
