Reefer vs house hold... .2 cpm not enough t9 make me switch. But who knows.. he might like it.

Reefer is a lot more time sensetive, particarly with appt times. I persally hated reefer work. But then lot of people hate flatbed work which is what I enjoy.

Personally, I'd stick it out. 4 months is a little early to be jumping ship for an uncertain outcome. This is part of paying your dues. Trucking is never icecream and cake every day. Take your lumps.. give the company 2 more months at the very least... 8 more would be ideal.

Then if you are not happy.. you will have enough time under your belt to look better (On paper at least) to move on to a better company. Plus you should have a better insight by then as to what you want from a company.

Bare in mind... at this stage you are not in a position to show your butt. No matter how bad you feel you are treated.. suck it up and keep it professional. You will be reward later down the road.

The crappy job he has now is reefer.

 

Just do it. Never look back. I used to work for an A-hole. 6 years i wasted with him. I love my new job so much I actually got pissed at myself for not changing sooner. Lol.
