Stuck trying to take care of a sleep study, need advice badly. (CRST)

    Yeah, my usual weekly paychecks at this craphole company have been about 300-400$weekly before they'd stick me without another 'temp' codriver after another week of unpaid waiting at one of their terminals.

    I'm wondering if unemployment benefits would come into play in the situation since my job as become un-doable against my best efforts and or a discrimination of body size (bmi).

    Look up 'constructive discharge'. You can probably just quit under constructive discharge and collect unemployment while you look for work with companies that have less than 100 trucks.

    But having access to this forum, you definitely should have known better than to sign on with CRST.

    Leave the mega fleets alone!
    Your not going to make any decent $ with them anyway!
    .....if you need experience find your local ltl outfit and tell them you load and switch, you deliver!
    You don't even need a cdl to operate a yard switcher

    If you like OTR , find out which mega doesn't require the stupid stuff .... Wish you well
