The answer is " you can't". But these big companies with their huge safety departments will scrutinize every possible situation and figure some way you could have avoided it. Like not driving that day, lol. I drive over the cross bronx expressway almost everyday and it is really stressful. These cars actually force me over, WTF. But I am protecting my CDL so I do what I have to. It's a tough business these days.

Martin isn't any different then any other companies they do their best to blame the truck driver.You may receive a preventable but I doubt you'll lose your job.

sounds like he tries to scam the tucking companies.It may not do any good but make sure to tell safety what this driver said.
