    They have a point system at marten. If he has been there 7 years then he has enough "credits" to cover it. He wont get fired. Rear end and rollover is automatic fired .

    Yep I'm 60 years old and I don't said that I have never lie on my life I did many times when I was young to my mother,father to my girlfriend u know #### like that but I learn if u lie u will get find out soon or latter if I knew that I was at fault I would just said yes I did it but I didn't and that puss me off

    Didn't the police come? Being on the interstate I'm guessing it was state police? Can't believe they didn't write out a report considering a cmv was involved

    what would the ticket be for?if the officer seen grounds for ticketing the driver I would think he would have checked his logs.

    They can't not write a ticket after the facts plus I ask the police officer and he said his insurance and yours have to take care this is nothing more I can do
