The company I am driving for.... has all drivers picking up trucks from an off site location driving to onsite and waiting sometimes up to three hours to be loaded and not logging any of this time.... This is OTR job..... We are also made to log off when we return to onsite location do paperwork and return truck to off site location and fuel and not logging it?.... Mostly I'm tired of donating my time? Is this legal? And if not who do I report it to?
Is this legal?

Not even close to legal. Call the local scale house they can tell you who needs to know if you want to make a issue of it. But be ready to not have a job when the crack down comes.
Dominick253 Thanks this. -
Hasn't anyone ever heard 'don't bite the hand that feeds you'? maybe just bring it up at the next safety meeting and talk about it. The drivers and managers need to act like they are on the same team instead of butting heads all the time.sliver, Flatbed Valkyrie, wore out and 1 other person Thank this.

Not legal. And you won't fix it by reporting it. Find another company to work for.
