I've seen way more than ever wanted to. Some of the worst spots were that one truck stop in Indy, Jessup MD T.A., and that crappy truck stop that used to be in downtown Philly.

 

I'm waiting to see what comes down the pike here at the Memphis Love's. Stayed at the Peelot down the road a while back, didn't get bugged.

 

Ontario Truck Stop

Once me another driver left Arkansas together, this was in the 70’s. We stopped at the Ontario Truck Stop at about 10:00 PM. We parked back on the dirt, there was no other parking places.

When we got out and pretty black girl met us, and asked us if we wanted a date. The other driver said, “My partner is in the sleeper and he probably would want a date.”

Now what was in the sleeper was a German Shepherd Police Dog. And the drivers window was rolled down.

She ran jumping on the step up on that conventional KW. She stuck her head in the widow, them fell on the ground on her back. The German Shepherd Police Dog was half way out the window, barking as if he was going to tear her up to pieces. She jumped up quickly off her back running down the aisle.

We stood between two truck trailers watching, the last we seen of her she was still running very fast turning up to the front of the truck stop.

We them walked up to the front of the truck stop, we saw her probably talking to her pimp out in the parking lot, she looked like she was scared to death. I imagine the pimp sent her back in the back lot, wonder if she obeyed him.

So... you've got nothing and can't tell the difference between education and enforcement.

 

It was dead here at the Love's. I didn't get hustled for anything until the morning when I started cleaning my truck. And the only knock was a TransAm driver who wanted to shut my open side box so he didn't take it off backing in. I had forgotten I left it open, lol.
