First off, do not go to Prime if your trying to buy a truck. You will give over $300k for a $100k truck when your done. All expenses are through the roof.
Malone isn't bad when I was there several years ago. Just don't lease a truck from them. You will lose a lot of money to maintenance.
You find all of your own freight but can let them find it for you, if you do let them find your freight you won't make money.
I've came over to P&S, and it's with out a doubt the best move I've ever made. If you decide to go to P&S tell them Scott Mabe sent you. You'll get $1000sign on $500 after 60 days and another $500 after120 days.

Crst Malone doesn't have any terminal with even hundreds of trucks. The trucks your seeing are from Crst van side, completely different from malone -

As of 2 days ago I can vouch. I work for crst expedited team division. So as you can imagine I hate my life. Nah lol, joking aside, 2 days ago I met a crst malone driver who is a lease op with them since november 2015. It is feb 28th 2016 right now. He showed me pay stubs online through the app and crstpay.com
He averages 2.5k a week in freaking february. Showing gross pay at roughly 4.8k to 5.5k and netting roughly 1.7k to 2.5k all through january and feb. So that man is telling the truth I have seen proof with only his 4 months experience. So yes again march thru october i can pnly imagine he will be making more. -
I have seen it. I have seen proof. 2 days ago met a lease op for crst malone and showed me stubs he has only been with then for 4 months and 3 times in january cleared 2k NET. 5.1K gross.
3 times in february showed me net 3.4k gross 6.7k . Totally possible with only 1 year otr experience and 4 months l/o experience. He never takes dispatch loads. Uses agents and wont take cheap frieght#KeepPounding! Thanks this. -
Freight got very good after Jan. 1, for some reason, but you'll still be busting your ### to gross 5k. But yeah it can be done if you're willing to burn up your clock. I'd rather go home on friday.#KeepPounding! Thanks this.

So i'm out of Sioux Falls. I have an offer to lease with CRST on the table. Who or what group should I be speaking to/working with to get those pre-loaded tlrs out of Dak Brookings? I see the CRST trailers in there all day long when I was on P&D...by now I'd think they would have their own dedicated doors. Anyway any advice/direction to take? It's that or LTH Long Haul Trucking out of MN. Thanks for replies.

If you lease to them you should have access to their loadboard. You should also be assigned a dispatcher. If you have not yet leased to them, you may talk with your recruiter and see if they will put you in touch with the agent who handles the account.

I know this is all older post, but how the hell does an O/O gross $5,100 and only clear $2,000? Where did $3,000 go?
