Blairandgretchen-thanks for the advice. Unicorn Trucking and Pixie Dust Transport aren't hiring new drivers right now. Told me to check back ltr.

Any existing or former Roehl drivers on the Hometime plus plan? http://www.roehl.jobs/truck-driver-jobs/detail/2106

People work for different reasons. Some want the largest maximum paycheck and don't care how long they stay out, others would give up a few bucks if it meant having a life outside the truck.

.I drive 4 days a week, roughly 575 miles a day and I sleep in my own bed every night. I leave from my company's DC every afternoon and reload their delivery trucks out in the field and get back a little after midnight. The money is better than my former OTR job and I have enough time off that I get in two 34 hour restarts a week. I couldn't find a carrier that offered anything remotely close to that.

Mast trucking in Millersburg, Ohio has 5 days on, then 5 days off, 50k salary. It is a smaller reefer company with slipseating.
