    Just overheard on CB that if you are an single owner operator working with ur own authority you may enter CA with an ole truck with no egr.def dpf crap and no skirts trailer?

    Well i aint trying it cuz its too far for me and no money in it even tho i've got '12 truck and trailer and i am legal. But that guy is running '00 pete and he was there, went thru port of entry and chicken house just fine. Idk

    it seems there isn't much enforcement
    especially on carb
    but it isn't legal
    eventually when they weed out older CA registered trucks I expect to see more enforcement
    because older power will be more noticeable

    Well i guess , dont really care much for it. As i said no decent money for me to go there from where i live .even tho would not mind to go for $9700 rate i've got offer for just couple days before new years in 2015 . would not be surprised if thats the load my old friend went with. Probably thats the reason his truck has only one mill miles on it and its '00. He really does no cheap freight, not just a fancy sticker lol
