I went with the Longview travel plaza. Picking up in Memphis at 1530 tomorrow. Luckily they have parking on site. Wasn't looking forward to trying to find somewhere tonight.

@Cranky Yankee ... Nice shirt! I'm headed out to the Outer Banks next Hometime... Probably sometime in April. I need to smell the salt air and feel that sand.. I don't know how anyone can live so far from the ocean.....

Helped a driver out and gave up my NC load so he could get home, we were double booked on the same load. I reload tomorrow in Chicago, actual downtown Chicago and then two stops in the suburbs and up to MN on Wed.

Working on getting another load out west, we'll see what dispatch has open. This is the first all day pick up schedule I've had, don't need to repeat it. My first pickup is at 9am and my last is at 6 pm. Gonna be a long day!

 

I've never been down that end of the Island. I've been to Manteo plenty of times. I'll ride through next time.
